“Talente für die Region” is a network that brings together CEOs and decision-makers from companies in the region with other companies and also enables them to exchange ideas with up-and-coming young talent. Founded in 2015 by Christian Gebler in Augsburg, the network has continuously expanded and is now represented in several regions of Germany.
With the new podcast format Who’s your Mentor, “Talente für die Region” is expanding its offering: companies are given the opportunity to network more closely with each other, while young talents also gain valuable insights into regional companies and their career opportunities.
